AST 1 Refresher
The AST 1 Refresher Course is aimed at individuals who have completed an AST 1 course and are looking to refresh their skills and knowledge. This one day, field-based course provides a review of the material covered in the AST 1 course and includes a discussion of industry updates.

What You Will Learn
Our professional instructors will guide you through the critical aspects of avalanche training. From understanding how to read and use the avalanche bulletin to mastering the various online resources available, the AST 1 course covers all necessary bases. Additionally, you’ll learn how to plan and execute a safe backcountry trip and conduct a proficient rescue in case of an accident.
